DREAM 015 [VIDEO/ACTION IN GOLDENROD]

[ The video feed starts up at a very horrible angle, almost as if the gear has been tossed to the side carelessly. In fact, that's exactly what that is what has happened and that this entry is not an ordinary one; it's an accidental one.

As soon as this entry feed opens up on the gear, there will be nothing but loud sounds of screaming and the sound of something-- a combination of what sounds like giant Pokemon all screeching, people screaming, rubble falling everywhere, and-- if anyone has heard this before --the sound of a Hyper Beam being charged up then used. It’s loud and is just filled with disaster, easily heard even if the volume down to the lowest setting.

All of this is occurring by the near entrance of the Goldenrod City where the Yu and Yuudai breeding centre stands; the one centre that its owner has taken the time to find a centre that connects to a house to make it both a place to live and work. This centre has provided many eggs to new homes, new trainers, and has given different people jobs and a place to call their home for a while. It’s a large two-floored building, built strong and stable, easily standing against natural disasters such as storms and strong winds. On the other hand, what can it not stand against?

Two Gyarados and their Hyper Beams.

It’s hard to see anything with the Pokegear thrown to the ground along with it being night time, getting a view of this catastrophe all from a horizontal view, but it takes no genius to figure out what is going on especially with all the noise. Although sometimes foots block the views or sudden waves of dust, everything recorded is clear as day.

Two Gyarados-- one that belongs to Souji Seta and the other of Kagami Hiiragi --sit tall in front of the centre, obviously distressed by a radio signal that they can hear. They trash around, swinging their mighty tails around to keep any that try to come close further back. Already has part of the centre’s second floor have been demolished, easily taken out by a few attacks.

All those inside have left the building though from this angle and the chaos, it’s hard to tell; whenever if all the eggs have been safely moved to the outside and to someplace safe is unknown as well. It’s difficult to tell what’s going on, both through watching the video feed and actually being there in person. With all the loud noise, it’s hard to hear anything properly.

Suddenly, a bright flare blinds the video feed in white and Souji’s loud voice could be heard; ]

Everyone, get down!

[ Followed is the sound of heavy footsteps against rough concrete, screams of both fear and panic, then finally, a loud roar.

Everything shakes and the sound of more rubble falling from yet another part of the building’s second floor collapsing, bricks and sheer destruction flying everywhere.

Souji covers his mouth from the sudden gust of dust everywhere and coughs, his eyes watering. He pulls out his glasses from his breast pocket with his free hand and slips them on, providing him with some kind of protection for his eyes.

He looks up at the centre that he has once called home and work, watching it quickly getting destroyed. As if the two sea dragons haven’t caused enough, a fire begins to start from the dragon rage attack in the second floored room that the eggs have once called home. Noticing this, Souji calls out to everyone once again; ]

Hold off on using wind attacks! The fire can spread!

[ Souji grits his teeth and looks around. He doesn’t have any electric Pokemon strong enough to even last a chance against two powerful creatures such as this. At this point, the one Pokemon that Souji can trust on this was his starter.

He reaches into his bag and pulls out a Pokeball, tossing it in front of him. Out appears his Skarmory, the only one on his team stronger than his Gyarados and has a greater chance of standing against it. Without a moment of hesitation, Souji beings to yell out his command; ]

Izanagi, Steel Wing on both of them!

[ The Skarmory nods and quickly flies over to the two Gyarados, ready to attack until a large tail comes up to swat it away like an annoying fly. Completely taken by surprise and unable to connect its attack, Izagani gets thrown back and nearly crashes straight into its trainer. Souji quickly jumps out of the way, but the Pokemon lands right onto the Pokegear.

With a loud cracking sound of the screen, the feed goes black, leaving only the sounds of the destruction to be remembered. ]



(( ooc: TL;DR? Two large Gyarados are destroying the breeding centre that Souji owns in Goldenrod. There’s fire, rubble, lots of destruction. Everyone inside is out and the eggs are in a safe location, but they have two Pokemon to deal with. Feel free to tag this if your character is in Goldenrod and want to stop the Gyarados before they fully destroy the second floor and then the whole centre! Those can reply their concerns over video, but it might take a while before a message is given back and if done so, with a very cracked looking screen!

[oh my god DA FOOK IS GOING ON. teddie is rushing over on the back of an arcanine, who is dodging the incoming debris with awesome arcanine skills. teddie ducks his head to try and seem like less of a target, but he looks around at the complete DESTRUCTION once in a while.]

Sensei--! [he is rushing over to Souji so fast, but stops short once he sees his skarmory get completely thrown to the side. avoiding an impact, the arcanine pauses just a couple meters away.]

[ Souji turns his head towards to Teddie and notices that he's rather stands out with that Arcanine. Plus, the way he's screaming "Sensei--!" isn't all that good. It draws attention- too much attention and it isn’t something that they need right now. ]

[ He opens his mouth to yell for Teddie to get back because a fire Pokemon here is no good, but unfortunately, one of the Gyarados takes notice. It turns and in a fury of rage, it begins to power up yet another Hyper Beam. ]

Teddie, move! [ And in only a matter of seconds, Kohryu uses the attack though if it actually connects is only based upon just how fast the Arcanine can dodge. ]

[It's not long after the whole fuss begins that, among the sounds of destruction, there's another set of footsteps and flutter of wings coming close to the scene.]

Black Lance, Faint Attack!

[A Murkrow zooms past the people and Pokemon alike, making its way towards the raging dragons. The attack, although successful, only manages to infuriate them further.

At that moment, Crow reaches the place where Souji stands and... watches the burning center for a few seconds, completely speechless.]

What the hell's happened here?!

[Meanwhile, his own Skarmory lands next to her father and gently touches him with her beak, hoping he's alright.]

[ The two Gyarados are momentary stunned, not quite ready for being attacked at. This gives Souji the chance to answer to Crow's question and for his Skarmory to get up though clearly dazed from the attack. ]

The water Pokemon aren't their usual selves. The Gyarados just suddenly attacked half an hour ago. [ He tries to stay this as calmly as possible, just like old times in times of danger. ]

[ At this point, the two Pokemon fully recover from the Faint Attack and are completely unimpressed. Once again, they both begin to charge up to use Dragon Rage and if Crow doesn't move soon, he's going to get hit with Souji. ]

[He still feels like shit from breathing everything in, but Yosuke can't sit back and just wait. So he issues two commands that he thinks can help.]

Yuu... hit the two Gyarados with a Thunder Wave! Jiraiya-- Jiraiya, use Water Pulse on the building! [Never has Yosuke been so grateful that Jiraiya is pretty dumb; it's helping while the other water types are all freaking out.]

[ The Thunder Wave hits at least one of the Gyarados and they don't look too happy about that. With a mighty swing of its tail, it either may or may not hit Yosuke and his Pokemon; depending on whenever Souji's now-recovered Skarmory can move Jiraiya and Souji dragging Yosuke in time. ]

[ this has not been the best of nights, since Rise is not only covered in plaster dust and somewhat smoky, but kind of also bleeding from both a scalp wound and a cut over an eyebrow. And various other scrapes and cuts, but this is what happens when your room explodes. She's still managing to call out orders to her Pokémon - an Ampharos - though she's most likely going to lose her voice by the end of the night.

Or topple over.

Possibly both. ]

Posie, are you done...? [ when the Ampharos nods, glowing faintly, she nods back and points to the Gyarados duo. ] Discharge-- let's stop 'em in their tracks! Pancake, give her a hand--

[ she loses the rest on a harsh cough, but there's a Plusle also now charging into action. ]

[ The two Gyarados are definitely not pleased to have two electric types attack them, and it seems as if it's stopping them from destroying the centre any further. They both roar loudly in pain and this gives Souji the chance to get over to Rise. ]

Go to the Pokemon Centre and rest there. It isn't safe here. [ Especially with those injuries. The last thing Souji needs is Rise to collapse or die here, not on his watch. ]

[After Daisuke and his Zangoose made it out of the building, he immediately releases his Heracross. He knew that his Feraligatr wouldn't be of any help here, as demonstrated earlier in the day.]

Heracross, use Stone Edge! Zangoose, spray the building with Water Pulse and use Rain Dance afterwards!

[And now both Pokemon are on the job!]

[ While the fire is being nicely put out, the Gyarados don't quite appreciate the flurry of stones hurled at them. At this and with the added power of the Rain Dance, they both retaliate with a Hydro Pump. ]

[After going through some mental and physical tears and thoughts, she couldn't just sit there and watch the destruction happen. She hates, hates, hates, hates, hates to be dirty and uncute. But her friends need her help. Ciel is not around either.....Meaning would it be okay to show her family colors?]

[Elizabeth is on Hestia's back right now. Chiffon is charging up, his tail and little gem on his forehead glowing. Velvet is also out as well.]

Ready? [Once all three pokémon gave approval, she points to the Gyarados duo.]

Very well. Let's go! Chiffon, Discharge! Velvet, Avalanche!

[ The attacks connect, sending the two Gyarados into a fit of rage. With their roars being one of both pain and fury, they turn their new target of their blind anger to the ones that have dared to attack them. ]

[ They open their mouths and a familiar ball of bright light begins to form-- one that might notice from previous battles or from the very first attack on the centre --then within just mere seconds, the both of them release a combined Hyper Beam attack. Whenever if it hits Elizabeth and her Pokemon is all up them if they can escape in time. ]

[He's already calling out for his Jolteon and the rest of his team. While yes, he worked a few days to help Souji, he didn't live there. But it doesn't mean that he cannot help!]

Okay, everyone! Let's do our best to stop them!

[ Souji does the same with his Jynx, Garchomp, Dragonair, Espeon, Venasaur, and the Skarmory that flies back towards him. ]

Be careful, Bartz. They won't hesitate to attack both our Pokemon and us. [ The last thing he needs is for Bartz to get injured from this-- from his own Pokemon. ]

[What. WHAT. Chie only left for like a couple hours to get in a little training! Obviously she can't leave you guys alone for a second.]

Souji-kun!! Everybody -- are you okay?! Oh, geez... [Chie knows Souji's Gyarados is one of his highest-level Pokémon. She's only got two on her team that can match it, but luckily they're both with her now.] Bruce, Fake Out! Yosuke, Glare! Hurry before they do any more damage! [Her Hitmonlee and Dunsparce dash forward, dodging falling debris as they home in on their foes.]

[ While Souji isn't as badly injured as Yosuke and Rise, the ones that have taken the blunt of most of the destruction inside, he still has the occasional difficulties in breathing from all that smoke and plaster dust along with some cuts here and there. ]

[ The two Gyarados are stunned momentarily due to the Fake Out and Glare, leaving them fully open for any more attacks. In this time, Souji's own Pokemon decide to go in and help in. For the trainer himself, he focuses his attention to Chie. ] Everyone got out, but Rise got the blunt of the attacks--

[ He stops to cough into his sleeve, obviously still suffering from breathing in everything inside the centre's destruction. ]

[ this has not been one of kagami's days, but she's still standing, and barking out orders to her charizard as he swoops around in the sky. in normal situations, she'd never use a fire-type against a water-type, but at this point, she really didn't have any other option but to use her highest leveled pokemon ]

Katsu, Heatwave! Let's bring them down!

[ At this point, Souji's own Charizard is released out to help as well, soaring through the air around the Gyarados. The Skarmory that has originally been tossed aside gets back up to help. ]

Mada, Heatwave as well! Izanagi, Night Sla-- [ At this point, Souji just breaks down into a coughing mess from obviously yelling too much. However, both Pokemon seem to understand their orders and follow it out, which is what he's at least glad of. ]

[oh my god what in the heck is going on here!? He just stepped out to go grab some fabric for his dolls, and then this happened?! Dropping the fabric he had just bought he rushes on over towards the madness and destruction of what used to be the breeding center. FUCK THE FABRIC RIGHT NOW, THIS SHIT IS MORE IMPORTANT OBVS. Quickly he pulls out two pokéballs and barks out orders.]

Maoh, ThunderShock! Marilyn, Thunderbolt!

[ Due to unexpected arrival of two new Electric Pokemon, both Gyarados get hit with the thunder-attacks. They roar in friend and swing their powerful tails around. If lucky, perhaps those tails won't hit Kanji and his Pokemon. If not so lucky, well... let's just say getting hit by a Gyarados isn't all that painless. ]

[It looks like Fuji's urging to win something from the Game Corner was not so useless after all. Running to see what was causing all the destruction, it wasn't too hard for Marona to identify the problem.]

Haze! Use Thunderbolt!

[ The Thunderbolt hits one of the Gyarados that flails around in pain and eventually only infuriating it even further. Angered deeply at whatever has attacked it, the once-gentle Kohryu locates Marona and the Absol. ]

[ Ignoring the building, it instantly charges up another Dragon Rage and attacks the two, hoping that it'll hit and leave him alone. ]

[yeah, there was no way Kaito was going to stand around and do nothing after seeing this scene in the video. he hadn't used the breeding center himself, but if it was in trouble, he was going to do his best to help. that included attempting to put out the fire. with his own water Pokemon rendered useless, Kaito resorts to...]

Oi, Komi, Biz, Kei! Use Sand-Attack on that fire! Put out those flames as soon as you can!

[ With the arrival of these three new Pokemon, it sends the two Gyarados into a fury. Seeing anything other than of its fellow kind automatically makes it believe that the cause of this blasted radio frequency to be the work of others. ]

[ The two of them turn their attention to the three Pokemon and within just a few seconds of them opening their jaws, a combined attack of two Hyper Beams charges straight at them. ]

[The first round of attacks had practically thrown Merlin to the floor in his room. Though still slightly dazed, he's certainly lucid enough to hear Souji's voice crying out warnings.

As if realising Merlin's state, Balinor--at Nineve's frantic cries--releases himself from the pokeball. The Dragonair, with the help of the Leafeon, manages to slide the trainer onto his back and slither out of the breeding cetnre, to safety.]

[ Souji lets out a held breath into a sigh of relief, seeing how Merlin has escaped from the breeding centre. He rushes over and checks if he is at least alive. ]

Merlin--! [ C'mon, wake up. Wake up. ]

[Flygon swooping out of the sky, keening! Her trainer rides in on an ursaring, which would be marginally hilarious if it weren't for the fact that the bear is fucking pissed and he is clinging onto it for dear life. Eyes narrowing at the sight, he directs the Flygon forward, and nudges the bear around to the side.

Skidding around -- there are people about. A mutter--]

My, doesn't this look fun.

[ Fun? Are you serious? There's a centre almost half destroyed, a fire starting that can possibly catch onto other buildings, Rise is around bleeding from being crushed under rubble, his friends and employees suffering from mild smoke inhalation and cuts, and some people have nearly died. Yeah, Souji really doesn't see this as fun, but he manages to turn to the group of people-- not knowing who has said this looks like "fun" --and speaks in a calm yet firm voice; ]

Head towards somewhere safe. You're only going to get yourself harmed out here.
