DETAILS: Louseau is...dippy. Easygoing and gentle, yes, but there's not much thought going on in this little Poliwhirl's head. Maka, naturally, tries to nudge him along as gently as possible because MAYBE he has some hidden talent. And he's a late bloomer like her. He didn't even realize he was supposed to evolve until he had hit level 30.
