tarotcards | Dream 001 [VIDEO/ACTION IN NEW BARK TOWN]

[The video feed starts off with a really shaky start. The only sound you hear at first is that horrible muffling sound as fingers keep trailing over the mic. It’s clear that the owner has almost no idea what he’s doing. It finally focuses onto a young man with silver hair. He seems pretty calm for someone who just woke up in Johto, but still pretty confused.]

I think I got it on...This looks like one of Yosuke’s handheld game consoles, though I don’t remember a camera on it...

[He ponders to himself for a bit before shrugging, looking towards the camera.]

If this video is going out, does anyone know where I am? It doesn’t look like Inaba or the city...

I’m pretty used to this stuff and I wouldn’t surprised if this was a dream. Not like I didn’t have weird dreams just like this before, but the “mom” thing is new, and that I'm wearing my Inaba school uniform. I probably just fell asleep on the train.

[He shrugs once again, but keeps his small smile on. Weird dreams; he had them before. This wasn’t any worse than when Igor called him in his sleep. This dream was pretty mild compared to the flaming luchadors and the Velvet room, so whatever. Still kinda weird he has his uniform on. He came from the train where he was wearing normal clothes, right? Then what's up with the uni?]

But if anyone can tell me what’s going on, I’ll really appreciate it. Even if it's a dream, I would like to see if I can find any familiar faces...

Hey, I've been having that problem here as well. No one here is giving a straight answer.

[He shakes his head and gives a reassuring smile.]

It's alright. We should be glad that we're safe and in contact at least. I'm sure we'll find someone that tell us something. After all, you were always the best at tracking that someone down.

[ She's missed that smile, and it coaxes one out of her in return. He's still very much their leader, and one of her closest friends. ]

I don't want to start getting rusty now. I'll do my best to keep supporting everyone! If there's any decent information out there, I'll definitely find it for you, Senpai!

Where are you in Johto right now? I guess a lot further than I am.

I'm in Azalea, which is three towns away from where you are. But I could always head back to Violet! That one only takes you about ten days to get to from your spot. [ she'd head all the way there if she could, but Ven's got her Onix and she's a gimp right now as it is. ]

[Ten days? Oh boy, that sounds like some traveling.]

You don't have do that for me. I can manage to get there with some time. I just have to wonder how long it'll take to get to Azalea.

Umm... I think from Violet, that's another ten days. That's almost a whole month, not even counting staying in the towns!

If there are, I haven't seen any. Everyone's a big fan of walking, it looks like.

I can at least make it halfway, right? Kanji and Naoto are in Violet right now, anyway, and I don't think they'll head my way if you just got here.

Of course! Even without my others, I've still got Himiko here, so don't get any worry wrinkles on my account!

I couldn't think of anything at that moment. Probably not a good name.

I've got Himiko and Kanzeon, and Chie-senpai has a Hitmonlee named Tomoe. It looks like we were thinking along the same lines.

Haha, then I'm glad I'm not the only one. I thought it might have been strange...

...You haven't been able to summon your Persona since you got here, right?

... No. I think our Personae were sealed. If you can't summon any of yours...

...I haven't been able to sense any of mine since I arrived here. That can cause some trouble....

The bright side is that the jerks here don't have their powers, either.
